Yet another obscure Japanese port. This is the Fujitsu FM7 version by Comptiq. The FM7 was the precursor to the FMTowns.

This came either on casette or floppy disk.

We are missing this! If you have it and wish to donate it to the Miner 2049er Museum, please reply to this post! We’ll even accept just a picture if you don’t wish to part with yours.

This super hard to find version was released by Comptiq in 1984 for the Sharp X1 computer system in Japan. The X1 was the precursor to the Sharp X68000.

We are missing the packaging for this! If you have it and wish to donate it to the Miner 2049er Museum, please reply to this post! We’ll even accept just a picture if you don’t wish to part with yours.

This super rare version was released on the French computer system called the Thomson TO7/TO9 and MO5. The T07/M09 used a larger cart size than the M05. Not sure if there were any other gameplay differences. The screens on the back of the boxes look the same. I don’t have a system to test them on. Do you? 🙂

There were more obscure Japanese releases of Miner 2049er than one may realize. Here is the PC-88 version!
